The hotel offers pricey rooms with sleep number beds, which could use some updating. Despite my personal dislike for these beds, I should have gone with my gut and booked at the Hampton Inn. The service was accommodating with a late checkout request but fell short with communication challenges. The location is near downtown with some charm but not ideal for swimming on July 4th. The dining was decent but could have been better. Overall, it was a mixed experience with some highs and lows.
